Not all of the problems we faced in 2020 were new ones, but many of them became profoundly visible or indeed inescapable for the first time. Today I want to talk about strategic content and why it's NOT marketing. OK, sometimes it's marketing, but while there is a lot of crossover it's worth exploring how and why they diverge. As usual, context is king and the TLDR is do you want credibility or sales?
